Dev Log # 20


Second last dev log for the year! This week was mainly about polishing the random and queued events logic, since they're needed to unlock the bedroom and bed upgrades. You won't be able to unlock the sleeping area until you've recruited Diana and you won't be able to upgrade your beds until you've recruited Emily.

To make sure the queued and random events worked ok I added some very rough placeholder moments so next week I'll go through and flesh those out for the first 2026 test build.

Not much else to say this week, this type of tinkering isn't very exciting to talk about even though they're vital to the gameplay.
